End User License Agreement

The EULA is a contractual agreement between you and KidsGuard.Pro that is subject to lawsuits and legal procedures. Do not download or run this software unless you consent to the terms of this EULA, which are both express and implied.

READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE FOR THE KIDSGUARD.PRO APPLICATION (HEREINAFTER SOFTWARE / LICENSED SOFTWARE). YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THIS EULA WHEN PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.

DO NOT USE KIDSGUARD.PRO OR ITS SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE POLICIES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LEGAL EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE SOFTWARE PROVIDER AND/OR OTHER PARTIES USING A DEVICE WITH THE ACTIVATED SOFTWARE ARISING FROM THE MISUSE OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

  1. USE OF KIDSGUARD.PRO

Installing monitoring software on a device you do not own or do not have explicit permission to install on is a violation of law. Monitoring certain individuals’ actions may also be illegal in your jurisdiction. Before using KidsGuard.Pro, review all applicable State, Federal, and local laws. You may need to notify individuals over the age of 18 that they are being monitored. You agree that KidsGuard.Pro is only to be used lawfully.

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE

KidsGuard.Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install, use, access, display, and run one copy of the KidsGuard.Pro Software on a single mobile device, local hard disk(s), or other permanent storage media of one computer. You may not make KidsGuard.Pro Software available over a network for multiple users at the same time. You may make one backup copy of the software for personal use, provided the backup includes all copyright or proprietary notices from the original.

  1. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

KidsGuard.Pro reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA. The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. KidsGuard.Pro or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and intellectual property rights of the KidsGuard.Pro Software. The software is licensed, not sold.

  1. LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or disable any features of the software or create derivative works based on it unless allowed by law. You may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or provide commercial hosting services with the software.

You may not transfer this EULA or the rights to the KidsGuard.Pro Software to any third party except when selling a device with the software pre-installed, in which case the transfer must include all parts of the software (including components, media, materials, and this EULA).

  1. SOFTWARE UPDATES

KidsGuard.Pro may offer updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or enhancements for the software. These updates will be subject to this EULA unless otherwise specified.

  1. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA

By using KidsGuard.Pro, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the KidsGuard.Pro Privacy Policy, which includes the collection of diagnostic and usage data.

  1. INTERNET ACCESS

Some features of KidsGuard.Pro require an internet connection and may incur additional charges depending on your mobile plan.

  1. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

The software is subject to export restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws governing the export of the software.

  1. TERMINATION

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. KidsGuard.Pro disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KidsGuard.Pro is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to damages related to errors, interruptions, or loss of data.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of your residence, although KidsGuard.Pro may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and KidsGuard.Pro. If any part of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

For issues with the software, contact the KidsGuard.Pro team or request a refund according to the Refund Policy.
