If our product fails to work on your device within 30 days of purchase and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following policy. However, please note that our dedicated 24×5 customer support team is committed to resolving any issues, and we strive to provide you with the best solutions and support, making a refund unnecessary.

Terms and Conditions

If you experience technical issues with KidsGuard.Pro that our support team cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the Refund Policy outlined below. For assistance, contact us at support@kidsguard.pro.

Refund Terms

Under this Refund Policy, you may qualify for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Refund requests are only valid within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be processed once. The same request will not apply to any other KidsGuard.Pro product bought during the same period.
  • If you decline to reinstall or re-link the KidsGuard.Pro software during an upgrade, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued for issues beyond KidsGuard.Pro’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Incompatibility with devices outside of KidsGuard.Pro’s Compatibility Policy. Note that our product does not support the following systems: Windows Phone, Symbian Belle, Blackberry 10, Bada, and Windows Mobile.
  • Device internet connectivity issues, factory resets, or OS upgrades occurring after purchase.
  • Lack of access to the target device, forgotten passwords, or denied permission by the target device owner.
  • Lost internet connectivity on the target device due to network carrier changes.
  • Device reset to factory settings after installation.
  • Failure to follow setup instructions provided on our website or by technical support.
  • Lack of data on the target device before KidsGuard.Pro installation.
  • Attempts to use a single license on multiple devices.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Damage to KidsGuard.Pro by antivirus software.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated by your credit provider or a third-party payment service, KidsGuard.Pro reserves the right to suspend access to your account(s) until receipt of the unpaid fees. Account reactivation is at our discretion and may incur fees associated with chargebacks or payment disputes. Charges for our service will appear on your credit card statement under KidsGuard.Pro.
