IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE AMENDED BY KIDSGUARD.PRO AT ANY TIME.

3. Software Updates

4. User Content
   You are responsible for any content you submit through this platform (“User Content”). You grant KidsGuard.Pro a royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, alter, distribute, or display your content worldwide. Personal information like your name, address, etc., is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Services are provided “as is,” with no warranties regarding their accuracy, reliability, or functionality. KidsGuard.Pro disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a specific purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
   KidsGuard.Pro is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services, including indirect or consequential damages, even if we were informed of the possibility.
7. Indemnification

10. Account Historical Data
    Historical account data will be retained for 7 days. If you unbind your account or fail to renew it within 7 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
11. Links to Other Sites
    We are not responsible for content or services on third-party websites linked from our platform, and their privacy policies may differ.
12. Intellectual Property (IP) & Trademarks
    The KidsGuard.Pro logo and all materials on our platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Software License
    KidsGuard.Pro retains all rights to the software and grants you a license to use one copy of the software on a single device. Unauthorized distribution or modification of the software is prohibited.
14. Technical Requirements
    You must have physical access to the monitored device and necessary permissions to install and run the software.
15. Severability
    If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
16. Force Majeure
    KidsGuard.Pro is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
17. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
